South Korean envoy to visit North

An envoy from South Korea is all set to visit North Korea to take the bilateral relations forward between the two Korean rivals and facilitate a dialogue between Washington and Pyongyang. The delegation will be comprised of 10 members and led by Chief of National Intelligence Service Suh Hoon and Head of National Security Office Chung Euiyong. Suh Hoon had been a part of the previous Inter-Korean summits held in 2000 and 2007.

The delegation will focus on exploring the possibility of creating a situation to facilitate dialogue between the US and North Korean in addition to gauging the feasibility of visit of Moon Jae-in to North as per the invitation he was given during the Winter Olympic games personally by the sister of Kim-Jong Un.
